About the artist
Jamie's lifelong love of art eventually resulted in a BA in Art History from Arizona State University. He also completed an MBA in International Business from Western International University. Jamie is currently the Import/Export Manager for Dell Corporation in Austin, Texas and is also teaching US Customs Regulations for Austin Community College’s International Business Institute. Jamie writes training materials and speaks at seminars and conferences on international trade law across the United States. He has also had the pleasure of teaching high school art classes and has enjoyed engaging students in the creative process.
When Jamie is not working or teaching, he is engaged in creating figurative whimsical oil paintings and is a design team member and illustrator for Scrapbook.com. He has had solo and group exhibitions in various galleries in the Metro-Phoenix area. His commissioned artworks are in private collections throughout the country.
